RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We know buying online can be
difficult! So Sayn’ It Out Loud is here to serve our customers in the best way we can.  Sayn’ it out Loud will alert you when your orders have been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number and ESTIMATED arrival time. Once your item is released to carrier services,

We will not be responsible for the package's arrival time. We encourage all customers to keep track of their packages using the carrier tracking number provided.

Sayn’ it out loud inspects all items before shipping them out to our customers. We accept returns back to us within 7 days of receipt
only. 

Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to offer exchanges or refunds depending on our available inventory. All returns must be in the same condition as they were in when sent. Please email us in regard to exchanges.

STORE CREDIT

We offer exchanges of
unworn/unwashed apparel as long as the size or color is still in stock, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date. 

Is it the wrong color, style or size? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable).


Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s) with the tags still on, we will send you your store credit.

The deadline to request store credit is 10 days from the delivery confirmation date. There is a maximum of 2 exchanges with
store credit per order.

All return items must be returned to us within 7 business days to
be eligible for refund or exchange.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not guaranteed or
instantaneous. The processing of refunds depends on the condition of the product upon return. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our staff.

If it is in good condition, we will process your refund, which you will receive in 3-5 business days, which may vary depending on your financial institution.

However, if there are damages, such as marks, discoloration, rips, holes, or if the item has been soiled, no refund will be issued
