GOOD HEART OR GOD HEART?

GOOD HEART OR GOD HEART?

GOOD HEART OR GOD HEART?

Do you have a good heart or a God heart? Is there a difference? Actually, there is! Let's see how I can explain this.....

A lot of us have good hearts. We give, love, and say nice things; sometimes, we may go the extra mile to help someone in need. But what's a GOD Heart? Well, that's a whole other process.

You see, a good heart deals with outward actions. We do good things for people we love and even those we barely know. But a God heart is the inside. What are the motives behind the good heart? Did you give expecting something in return? Do you say nice things because you are trying to manipulate someone to get what you want? Do you love because you love them or because you need them? A good heart can often be a façade with an agenda that will ultimately give the recipient the short end of the stick.

However, God heart is Love and Love without condition or motive. God loves us this way. He does not care who we are or what we have done. He would let nothing stop Him from coming after us; indeed, he didn't. Instead, he gave Himself, his son, that we may be with Him. Not for what we could do for Him but simply because He loves us. A good heart can change and is full of conditions, but the heart of God loves regardless of condition, person, situation, or sin.

The Love of God knows no bounds and is eternal; whether you make your bed in heaven or hell, he will still love you. His word encourages us to love the same way on this earth, even to our enemies. But we cannot love like this with a good heart; we must have a God Heart. This enables us to love in action and in our hearts and forgive. It is steadfast and cannot be changed. No matter what someone puts us through, we show them, love. Now, it takes time to develop a God heart. Number one, you must repent and accept his son as your lord and savior. Number two, you must receive his Holy Spirit. Number three is essential; you must allow Him to show you how much He loves you!

He wants a relationship with you. Each day you pray and receive his presence is a day He changes your heart to pure love. He changes the way you see a situation or person, and instead of getting angry, you pray for them because you know that it is not them but the enemy using them. You start to understand they need to be freed like you were. You will realize that your good heart is not enough and flawed, but your God heart covers a multitude of faults.

Let go of your Good Heart and receive your God heart!

Someone needs the Love that God will show you!
